FIFO from Perth.Earning Potential: Upto $175K plus superannuation paid on all hours worked.
More on offer to experienced Auto Electricians (Senior rates).About the role:As a Workshop Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and finding electrical faults on our fleet of mobile equipment.Install and maintain electrical accessories and equipment.
Repair or replace faulty ignition, electrical wiring, fuses, lamps and switches.Service, diagnose and repair electrical faults on mobile mining equipment, such as issues with electronic fuel injection, ignition, automatic transmission and airbags.Complete breakdown works, general servicing, and component change outs.What we are looking for:Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology.At minimum, 2 years post trade experience.Demonstrable experience working on mobile surface equipment (MEM).Previous experience on a mine site and with diagnosing and repairing mobile plant mining equipment.Experience on Caterpillar, Hitachi and Komatsu Mining Equipment.Valid Manual HR Drivers Licence.What SMS can offer:At SMS we pride ourselves on our positive work culture and ability to deliver desired results.Fulltime employment including leave for all of life's planned (annual) and unplanned (personal leave) events.Safe work environment.Health: Free confidential EAP and wellness services available to all SMS Mining Services employees.Travel: Interstate applicants encouraged to apply, subsidised travel options available.Sounds like you?
