Digital Experience Lead | Homebush Office | Hybrid We are looking for a talented Digital Experience Lead to ensure that TMBL's websites deliver an exceptional user experience and align with our brand strategy and business goals.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end website management, driving traffic, lead generation, and conversion through effective optimisation strategies.
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of UX designers, developers, and content creators.
Your focus will be on creating user-centric web interfaces, implementing data-driven improvements, and leveraging customer data and AI for personalised web experiences.
Collaborating closely with the Brand & Content and Growth & Engagement Teams, you will enhance the end-to-end customer journey and ensure our websites perform at their best.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in web development, UX/UI design, SEO, and digital strategy, with a proven track record in driving SiteCore upgrades and web redesign projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of strategic roadmap and implementation of website upgrade.
Lead and mentor a team of web professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Design user-centric web interfaces and conduct usability testing to enhance navigation.
Ensure the website is functional, secure, and optimised for performance.
Develop SEO strategies to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
Utilise analytics tools to monitor website performance and inform decision-making.
Work closely with various teams to align website projects with business goals.
Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and enhance the customer onboarding journey.
Lead the management of the SiteCore platform and integrate with other digital tools.
About You
You have a strong digital background and a proven track record in driving the strategic roadmap and implementation of web upgrade programs.
Your leadership skills enable you to mentor a diverse team effectively, and your collaborative approach helps build strong relationships across the organisation.
With a passion for creating outstanding user experience and a data-driven mindset, you are dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation in the digital space.
Skills and Experience
Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Web Development, UX Design, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 7 years in web development, with 2 years in a leadership role, including SiteCore projects.
Advanced knowledge of UX design, strong understanding of digital platforms, and proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
Expertise in SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
