We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Work Order Coordinator, based in Perth.
This role will be required to work business hours, Monday to Friday.
This exciting new role will liaise with Service Delivery Providers to ensure timeliness of work order completion, identifying any trends and formulating proactive measures to aid in meeting contractual KPIs.

What you'll do

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Contribute to overall Work Order Management timeliness.Manage work orders, including determining the appropriate response and ensuring closure of each issue in a timely and efficient manner.Contribute and attend Quarterly Performance Reviews.Ensure 95% of all Work Orders are completed in accordance with operating procedures and within agreed response times.Conduct on and off-site training to Service Delivery Partners in relation to operational processes.Monitor Service Delivery Partners performance, reporting trends to the Operations Manager. What you'll bring Experience in an operational maintenance delivery environment.Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to work with external clients.Strong reporting and analysis skills, proven ability to monitor performance and identify trends.People management skills and a positive culture.High level computer literacy with experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to set priorities, establish time frames and deliver outcomes. More than anything, you'll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
