About youFacilities management experience preferably within a commercial asset.
Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry preferred.Polished with strong communication skills, able to build effective working relationships with tenants and stakeholders.Attention to detail and comfortable using systems and technology.A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural.Who we areAt CBRE, our people enjoy the opportunity of working in a global real estate and property services organisation with tremendous scale.
