40.0 hours per fortnight A new opportunity now exists at BRHS for talented nurses with experience in the cardiac nursing field to join our Community Nursing team in an ongoing position.

The position: The Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse works within the Community Health Nursing and Allied Health teams.
The aim of this role is to enable people to become informed of the issues affecting their cardiac health, helping them to accept and share responsibility in recognising their own health needs, and to make choices that are relevant and appropriate to their life situation.
Key tasks of the role include but are not limited to assessment of new clients, and ensuring that the program runs effectively and within agreed guidelines.
