Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria: Exposure to and/or experience with the RIE approachStrong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skillsEnthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the servicePrepared to drive and lead innovative and unique programming and practice for the team and implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogyAbility and motivation to build positive and inclusive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children and the wider community.Valid Blue CardSignificant Centre Manager and/or senior leadership experience in an Early Childhood settingImmediately available for full-time work, 5 days a week, all shifts the service is operational and able to be flexible when neededRecognised Early Childhood Teaching degree, or working towards, otherwise must hold an ACECQA approved Diploma qualificationCurrent relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).About Rise Early Learning Rise Early Learning Surfers Paradise is a privately-owned and operated Early Childhood Education and Care provider catering for children from birth to six years.
We have used our combined personal and professional experience in the sector to design a service which offers spaces for children, families and Educators to develop trusting relationships and foster a sense of community.
