Roles and Responsibilities Client Assessment and TherapyConduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
Develop and deliver personalised therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
Provide therapy through telehealth, face-to-face sessions in Kingaroy, or a combination of both, based on your working arrangement.Collaboration and SupportWork closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support each child's development.
Offer coaching and strategies to parents, carers, and educators to enhance carryover of therapy goals.
Mentor and supervise Therapy Assistants.Flexibility in Service DeliveryProvide telehealth services for remote clients, ensuring accessibility and quality care.
For candidates in a drive-in-drive-out model, deliver face-to-face therapy as per a mutually agreed schedule.Resource DevelopmentCreate and utilise engaging therapy resources to support client goals.
Assist in developing online materials and programs to extend the reach and impact of House of Speech.Professional Development and InnovationStay updated with evidence-based practices and incorporate them into your therapy.
Contribute to the growth of the practice by leading or participating in innovative projects.Administrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate client notes, progress reports, and records in line with organisational policies.
