As Levande's Maintenance/ Handyperson in Oak Grange Village based in Brighton East, you serve as the backbone of our dynamic community, effecting tangible change daily, making real impacts every day.
Your Impact: Oversee daily village maintenance, ensuring resident satisfaction remains highCultivate robust customer relationships and facilitate village maintenanceEnsure a safe environment for all residents and staff membersPlay a pivotal role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and happiness of our residentsContribute to maintaining our village's high standards and enhancing the quality of life for everyone in our community.Address maintenance requests promptly to ensure resident satisfactionConduct thorough audits for safetyWhy You'll Love This Role: Dynamic Environment: Dive into diverse tasks that keep you on your toes every day.Diverse Tasks: Engage in a wide array of maintenance duties, from implementing the Preventative Maintenance Plan to tackling indoor and outdoor projects.Variety: Enjoy the versatility of your responsibilities, whether you're fixing leaky taps or ensuring facilities are in good condition, all contributing to resident comfort and satisfaction.Contribution: Take pride in your direct impact on residents' lives, ensuring facilities are always at their best and enhancing their living experience.What We Love About You: Maintenance Experience: Previous experience preferred, ideally in retirement village, aged care, or community settings.Independence and Initiative: Ability to work autonomously, exercising discretion and initiative in duties.Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to engage with residents and colleagues.Tech Savvy: Basic computer skillsDriver's License: Valid license required, along with passing a National Police check.About us Levande is pioneering a new era of lifestyle living for the modern, independent individual.
