ASAP – 6 month labour hire contract Brisbane CBD based WFH options available Your new company: Talent International are currently partnering with a multinational corporation operating in the mining and metals industry.
With operations spanning across continents, it focuses on producing essential materials such as aluminium, copper, iron ore, lithium, and diamonds, which play a crucial role in global infrastructure and technological development.
Due to secondment, they are seeking an experienced Human Resource (HR) professional to join their dynamic team.
Your new role: Ideally commencing immediately, this role will see you join the Group Finance & Functions team and is a great opportunity for a seasoned HR Advisor or HR Partner who can partner with predominately senior business stakeholders within a global remit.
Advising and coaching leaders on a high volume of employee relation matters, with a focus on early intervention and people centricity.
Partnering with the business to influence, lead, and contribute to HR projects.
Developing and embedding HR procedures, systems, templates, and reporting.
Building leader capability in HR systems and processes including cyclical processes.
About you: We strongly encourage your application should you have demonstrated the below skills and capabilities: Proven experience in a similar high volume human resources role, at an Advisor or Partner level.
Comprehensive knowledge and successful application of generalist HR activities.
Demonstrated understanding of Australian Employment Law framework.
Experience in working within a portfolio with a high number of senior leaders.
Extensive experience in complex workplace investigations and advising on performance management practices.
Excellent interpersonal influencing, coaching, communication, negotiation, and consultation skills.
Strong time management and ability to deliver competing priorities.
Experience in the Workday HR System is desirable.
