About the Role
As a Mentor, you will proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment.
You will achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment.
Mentors tailor their services to individual needs so that job seekers are supported and able to progress towards the labor market to gain and keep meaningful employment.
