About the role The Australian Reinforcing Company - ARC has an exciting new Operator role available in our Queanbeyan branch.
This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to start a career in manufacturing.

The role is a permanent, full-time position with hours from 5am – 1pm, Monday to Friday.
(Overtime available depending on demand)
Your new role will see you being responsible for but not limited to:
Learning and operating various machines such as bar cutters and benders.
Operating an overhead gantry crane and forklift.
Picking and packing products.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Championing safety procedures to the highest standards.
Involvement in process improvement initiatives.
Daily housekeeping and machine maintenance duties.
To be successful in your application you will need:
Experience as an Operator/Storeperson or someone willing to learn.
Manufacturing, logistics, or construction industry experience (not essential).
Forklift licence and crane experience (not essential).
A continuous learning and can-do mindset.
Safety-focused.
