Your role involves thought leadership, AI solution design, and designing and developing cutting-edge AI models to uplift operational efficiency and customer experience.We support the broader group to leverage AI capabilities through rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and support integration into existing platforms.
Our team creates tangible AI solutions, from initial concept to functional prototypes, working closely with other teams to incorporate these innovations into our current infrastructure and processes.See yourself in our teamAs a Chapter Lead of Data Science & AI in the Chief Operations Office (COO), you'll guide a team of data scientists working on practical AI solutions.
This role reports directly to the Chapter Area Lead of Data Science & AI in COO.You'll help your team members grow their skills, oversee the full end-to-end modelling life cycle across a variety of projects as both a technical expert and people leader.
We're looking for someone who can explain complex ideas clearly, enjoys solving tough problems, and can motivate a team to do their best work.
