100% autonomous with great peer support if required Brilliant location within medical precinct Huge potential for earning with up to 70% splits Location: North Lakes Salary: 65 to 70% split of fees/billings Days/Hours of work: Totally flexible hours, minimum 2 days a week Start date: Ideally January, open to earlier for the right person Benefits: - Lots of autonomy, little oversight and no micromanagement - Brilliant vibe in the clinic, kids corner (Pediatric make up 35% of total clients), kitchen, private bathroom and amenities, free parking and within a big medical precinct - Strong team: 6 other Psychologists with average tenure of 3.5 years in the clinic - Test kits provided for Assessments - Support from Senior Psychologist who owns the practice, Client Carer and Admin team to handle majority of paperwork - Yearly review on fees, billings and bonuses Company: - All Contractors that manage their schedule, clients and billings how they see best fit - 3 Senior Psychologists, 1 Principal Psychologist, and 2 General Psychologists - Regular social events (if you're interested) and great team culture - Both Assessment and Therapy offering with an even split on clients.
Adult General and Pediatric make up most of the clients, open to specilaisation outside of this if you are bringing your own clients or want the company to invest in marketing for this What you bring to the role: A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a dedication to applying best practices in forensic and clinical psychology.
In-depth understanding of, and ability to interpret and apply, relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Proven skills in evidence-based assessment and intervention for adults or children, or proven experience within therapy.
Exceptional written communication abilities to produce high-quality professional reports and case notes, along with outstanding verbal skills to engage effectively with a diverse client group.
