We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive to join our industry-leading team. With a proven track record in the Commercial space, you will be a motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed, a great attitude, and professional aspirations.
In this role, you are responsible for all sales aspects and associated leasing, including actively prospecting, appraisal, and listing of Commercial, Industrial, and Retail property. You enjoy creating individual marketing plans suitable for each property and vendor and manage listings through to settlement. You appreciate the support structure and processes of our office and are inspired and enthusiastic to achieve great results.
With strong market knowledge and professionalism to deliver client service of the highest quality, your ability to maintain and develop strong relationships is one of your personality strengths.
You are rewarded with an attractive base + commission package, with on-target earnings around $200k pa. This is your opportunity to tap into an established Commercial business with existing clients, leads, and opportunities – building your career immediately.
