Dive in and promote a safe place to workPeople-centred care | Quality and safety | Integrity and accountability | Investment in staff | Innovation and changeWhat's involved – The Principal Advisor Safety and Wellbeing is a highly skilled practitioner responsible for advising on all aspects of health, safety, and wellbeing within the Central West Hospital and Health Service (CWHHS).The role encompasses core health and safety systems, employee rehabilitation from work and non-work-related injuries, effective return-to-work strategies, and strategic development.This role is critical for driving continuous improvement in health and safety management, focusing on achieving optimal performance and outcomes.Predominantly project-focused, the role addresses key safety trends and issues, while also providing support to other roles during peak periods or absences.About Central West Hospital and Health Service - Our diverse and rewarding work environment is as unique and dynamic as Central West Queensland itself.
