Urgently hiring experienced Disability Support WorkersAbout the role:
Working for Endeavor In Home Care within the community and supporting participants in their own homes, within the community and in our SIL houses.Supporting clients during the morning/afternoon/night.You will be involved in the clients' evening and morning routines.Completing household tasks such as cleaning, ironing, and laundry.Flexibility to work with short notice providing coverage for staff who are unable to work on the same day or week.We can offer staff benefits such as:Career progression to advance & develop as a permanent staff member.Flexibility in working hours to suit work-life balance needs.Accredited & paid training.The opportunity to change people's lives.Consistent shifts.The successful candidate MUST have:Experience working in the disability sector.Experience working with complex mental health.Driver's license and own a car.Qualification (minimum certificate IV in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care).Working With Children Check.First Aid/CPR certificate.Flexibility and willingness to work at night time.Ability to work independently & as part of a team.NDIS Worker Screening Check.To be considered for this opportunity you must have a legal entitlement to work in Australia.
