Records Management & Document Control (Administration & Office Support) Full time Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry-leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP.
Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.
D4C is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our dynamic, diverse, and high-performing team in an exciting time of growth.
We need your skills and expertise to help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.
Primary Purpose The purpose of this position is to perform, maintain and continuously improve document and system administration for the South Delivery Team which provides management services, engineering, construction, and maintenance activities.
Key Accountabilities: Onboarding and exiting of internal and external staffTroubleshooting of user issues and escalationSending out communications to internal and external staffAssisting with implementing the Document management and records management, and drawing management protocols of the South Delivery TeamConducting and supporting information audits and inspectionsOnboarding education of new staff of information systems and processesPerforming archiving of critical project records upon the completion of a projectSeeding project information into InEight Document at project tender stageAssist internal and external stakeholders with system queries and training.Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualifications for document and records management3 or more years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a construction environmentWhite Card is desirableDocument and records managementAwareness of NSW State Records Act is desirableCertificate in appropriate system application training and/or data management is desirableWe welcome and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, LGBTQIA+, people with disability, people with caring responsibilities, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and veterans.
