The role involves working the afternoon shift from 4 PM – 12 AM: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & 8 PM - 4 AM Sunday.Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in picking, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.Communicate job expectations and coach employees.Maintain items record, document necessary information.Issue picking slips and hand out orders.Oversee orders being picked and packed.Induct new staff and support with the recruitment and onboarding process.Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.Communicate and cooperate with managers and co-workers.Operate and maintain the warehouse and equipment.Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.Ideal Candidate:Proven working experience as a warehouse supervisor.Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience/understanding in managing a team of 15-20 staff.Forklift license (advantageous but non-essential).How to Apply:If you like the sound of us and you have the skills, experience, and motivation to succeed in this role, then don't miss this opportunity to become part of the Morco Fresh family.
