Meers Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst - Asset Finance to join a highly regarded lender. The purpose of the Senior Credit Analyst is to assess Commercial Asset Finance loan applications in a timely and commercial manner and contribute to continuous improvement to credit systems, processes, policies, and reporting.
Responsibilities include: Providing detailed credit analysis of complex commercial applicationsMaking recommendations to the Deal Review Committee supported by the credit analysis and credit call that meet policy and quality requirementsConducting credit calls with Business Loan Applicants to ensure that key risks are mitigated and material assumptions are verifiedOverall risk oversight, ensuring credit policy is maintained and applied, and appropriate credit decisions are takenProviding feedback and scenario support to brokers and the sales teamProviding outstanding and professional customer service to introducers, including brokers and aggregator firmsBuilding strong and mutually beneficial relationships with third-party introducers and internal stakeholdersAttending to internal and external customer inquiriesTo be successful you will possess: 2+ years experience in a similar roleHave previously held a DLAStrong business acumenStrong attention to detailTertiary qualifications preferred but not essentialVery attractive salary packages on offer, outstanding career growth, and flexible working arrangements
