The Company

We are New Energy Training, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) working hand in hand with Supply Partners Pty Ltd with a collective mission to empower individuals and businesses to thrive in the renewable energy sector through the power of quality education and training.
New Energy is based in Seventeen Mile Rocks with additional training facilities in Sydney and Melbourne.
On the back of enrolment growth, we are currently searching for an experienced and like-minded individual to join our training team.
What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our small but passionate team of trainers, reporting directly to the Training Manager, your primary purpose will be the exemplary delivery of nationally recognised units of competency within the renewable energy industry.
Our training is delivered through a combination of face-to-face and online through our Learning Management System (LMS).
In addition to course delivery, you will also have involvement in:
Supporting the recruitment and enrolment of students, Student administration and general support, Data entry into the Student Management System, and Following up on sales and enrolment enquiries.
Qualifications and experience
Current and relevant experience delivering training in the renewable energy sector, Experience conducting on-site surveys for on and off-grid renewable energy supply, Design of renewable energy supply systems, Installation of solar panels and battery storage systems such as batteries and inverters, Dealing with customers, Making presentations to clients on renewable energy supply, PV and Battery maintenance issues, WH&S experience and knowledge in the solar industry, A current electrical licence, Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, High level computer literacy, and A current certificate IV in training and assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40220).
