Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting and developing the successful operations process.
Additional responsibilities include:Project planning, cost management and coordination from concept through to execution and close out;Stakeholder consultation and liaison;Applying best practice project management principles including change management;Tender documentation development and evaluations;Reporting and record keeping;Develop, prioritise, and execute improvement projects;Oversee the development, operation and maintenance of business improvement systems and processes.About you:Degree qualified with diversified experience in civil mechanical or electrical engineering and project management;Business Improvement / Continuous Improvement experience highly desirable;Self-motivated with a strong focus on compliance, accountability and positive performance culture;Demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, risk management processes and continuous improvement with experience in the same or similar role;Strong organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure you are an exceptional team member and mentor to others.#J-18808-Ljbffr
