You'll use your management experience to help coach our retail consultants to success, making sure they're driven and energised to reach and exceed store targets.What you'll doOversee the induction of your new team membersCoach the store's team to meet (and exceed) store targetsHelp support your team with customer query escalationsBe the Store Manager's right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when neededExecuting business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metrics.Act as team cheerleader – leading from the front and helping to motivate the team, and foster an awesome store cultureOrganise the store floor and team's work schedules, to meet customer demand.About youYou have previous experience in a retail leadership / assistant management roleYou're able to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated successYou lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied teamYou're able to resolve customer issues creativelyYou're an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through change.What's next?After you've submitted your application, the next step is a video assessment supported by our partner, Hire Vue.
