Our products are used extensively in the building industry on residential and commercial projects and are supplied through our specialist customer channels, which include insulation supply and install businesses, commercial contractors, national outlets, and retail hardware stores. About the Role
Are you a passionate Process or Chemical Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are excited to offer a newly created role within our dynamic team, designed to fast-track your career into leadership. We are looking for a dynamic thinking Project Engineer to join us at our Dandenong site. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to take on innovative projects, lead initiatives, and make a significant impact in our organisation.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in managing projects and teams to design, develop, and commission new or improved production equipment and technical projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time project completion within scope and budget. Preferred Skills
Confident in engineering principles, preferably in process control, automation, or control systems.
Exposure to working in Manufacturing would be ideal.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Innovative problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to prioritise, support deadlines, and ensure timely project delivery.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
