What this job involves: We're currently seeking Expressions of Interest for two roles - Assistant Property Manager & Assistant Building Manager.
In these roles, you will work onsite across a dedicated portfolio and be part of the RESIpm team where you are provided with training and mentoring to grow your career.
Assistant Property Manager Attend to any customers and contractors with a high level of customer service demonstrated at all timesGeneral administrative duties as specified by the Property ManagerEnsure all tenants, contractors, owners and Body Corporate relations are attended to in a positive mannerArranging and attending inspections with potential tenantsCreate listings and advertise apartmentsCommunicate with owners and tenants throughout the leasing processQLD Certificate of Registration required Assistant Building Manager Meeting the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and working within all relevant legislationAssist with Building Management ReportsAssist with ensuring that building procedures are maintained onsite; alongside maintaining up to date documentation and complianceAssist with ensuring there is open and ongoing communication with all stakeholders of the property What you can expect from us: As an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
