The Senior Contract Performance Officer will ensure all required data is captured by technology, monitoring, audits, and inspections.The objective of this position is to review and apply quality service standards in the administration of the Waste and Recycling Branch, working with the Clean City Officers to provide a high level of customer service and establish effective links with service providers to achieve continuous improvements in service levels. The role will have a critical role to play in contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.What you will bring (Selection Criteria):Relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Business Management, or extensive work experience in contract compliance and management. Demonstrated experience in implementing performance measurement, auditing, and monitoring, including benchmarking.Excellent written and oral communication skills including the capacity to negotiate and liaise effectively with customers, stakeholders, and the ability to build and manage relationships critical to the delivery of Council's services.Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor contract performance, contract management and administration.Demonstrated ability to utilise mobile auditing devices, computer systems including databases, spreadsheets and word processing software.A current Victorian Drivers Licence.What we can offer you:Flexible working environmentWellbeing initiatives, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and CoM Unity Employee BenefitsBy joining us you will become part of a progressive team who work in a constructive, diverse and inclusive blue culture to shape the future of this city.
