About Us Turnkey Engineering is a growing and reputable multi-disciplined industrial engineering company with over 30 years' experience in a vast array of industries and areas with a large client base.
We focus on Service, Maintenance, Projects, and Minor Works, and our expertise includes mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering spanning across design, plant construction, maintenance, and relocation.
Position Overview The Project Controller will play a crucial role in the planning, monitoring, and controlling of projects within our organization.
This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong financial acumen and project management skills.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers, finance teams, and various stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.Monitor project financial performance and provide regular reports to project managers and leadership.Analyse variances between budgeted and actual costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Identify and communicate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and budgets.Prepare regular financial and project performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct thorough analysis of project data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Support project managers in decision-making through data-driven insights.Ensure projects adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and approvals.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with project activities.Preferred Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.Familiarity in the Structural and Mechanical Piping Industry is preferred.How to Apply: If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for project management and financial analysis, we invite you to apply for the Project Controller position at Turnkey.
