As a Club Sofitel Supervisor you are responsible for providing a sense of welcome and luxury service for all Club Sofitel guests by being the key contact to assist them during their stay.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, mentor and develop the team, ensuring a fun and engaged work environmentAssist the Club Manager with the recruitment, induction and training of new team membersConduct probationary reviews, yearly performance reviews and development plans for Club team membersResponsible for rostering according to the daily operations and Club budgetIn conjunction with the Guest Relations Manager, allocate expressions to appropriate guestsMaintain all Reception standards including check-in/check-out procedures and Concierge servicesCoordinate bookings for the Sofitel Club Business Centre and BoardroomMaintain all Food and Beverage standards, including stock and inventory control based on current and future occupancyQualifications Minimum 12 months' experience in a luxury hotel in a Front Office positionPrevious supervisory experience preferredStrong focus on guest and team relationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Opera an advantageAbility to build rapport and interact professionally with guests and teamAdditional Information Benefits and Perks: Sofitel Melbourne on Collins provides ambassadors career development opportunities within the hotel and wider Accor Group.
