Benino Fine Foods was established in July 2002, and has for over 20 years, proudly and progressively built a business that imports gourmet foods from around the world and distributes them Australia wide.
Benino has proven to be successful through the last decade of economic turmoil by building strong customer relationships and having the flexibility to react quickly to the needs of its clients in order to meet market demand.
Our aim is to continually grow and provide premium quality fine foods to the people of Australia.
This is a full-time opportunity for the right candidate to grow with us.
Title: Sales and Marketing ManagerAs a Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating the sales and marketing activities within our organization.
This role is vital in developing strategies to maximize revenue, build customer loyalty, and promote the Benino brand.
Key responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies and set sales targets to drive organizational growth.Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote goods and services to a broad audience.Strengthen brand image and foster brand loyalty to increase product/service consumption.Manage public relations strategies to build and maintain a positive organizational reputation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.Selection criteria:Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or related role.Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Team player with problem-solving abilities.Why join us:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Be part of a respected and established company with a positive reputation in the market.A supportive, collaborative, and innovative team environment.Job Type: Full-time
