Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.About the roleThe Head of Portfolio Planning and Performance is accountable for ensuring Lifeblood effectively transitions from managing individual projects to strategic portfolio management across longer-term time horizons.You will be responsible for maintaining a whole of strategy perspective, ensuring strategic roadmaps are maintained and ensuring they drive prioritisation decisions. This role will also proactively identify activities to deliver Lifeblood's strategy through analysis of current performance and engaging with business stakeholders.You will lead the effective delivery of approved projects and initiatives, through the Project Management Office and Organisational Change Management to ensure effective project and people support while also implementing portfolio health check reporting to provide transparency of portfolio risks, along with recommended risk mitigation activities.Sound interesting? Here's what we are looking for:3+ years of experience in portfolio leadershipStrong strategic planning and portfolio prioritisation capabilitiesExperience managing a bi-modal (Agile and Waterfall) portfolio of workExcellent communication (oral and written), negotiation and conflict resolution skillsExperience in providing high level written and oral presentations and reports to Senior Management and BoardsStrong ability to work across and influence others from Executives, Senior Leaders to peersProven financial, quality and risk management skillsThis is a permanent full-time opportunity offering a hybrid working environment and can be based any location nationally.
