The role The Learning & Development Coordinator provides assistance in developing, administering, coordinating, and evaluating Learning and Development programs for Nulsen Disability Services.
The purpose of this position is to identify the training needs of the organisation and provide high-quality programs that meet the needs of the individuals and empower staff to contribute to an enhanced quality of life for service users.
Some of your duties will include: Work collaboratively with the Manager, People & Culture to develop and review Nulsen's learning and development strategyProvide assistance in the development and review of Nulsen's policies and procedures related to Learning and DevelopmentDesign, implement, and evaluate a range of in-house learning and development initiatives and programs that meet identified needs of staff as well as Nulsen's objectives and the Nulsen WayWork collaboratively with the Trainers and Assessors to develop appropriate, relevant, and compliant trainingEfficiently administer training and assessment records and the systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date training informationEnsure that all training activities and statutory licensing requirements (CPI) are accurately recorded and reported on in a timely mannerRoutinely prepare training reports by collecting and collating relevant statistics dataEnsure all learning and development activities are carried out within the allocated budget and timeframeMinimum Requirements: Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentConsiderable knowledge and experience in a senior training and development role, preferably in a disability services environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills to develop good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersExperience in developing, facilitating, and evaluating training programsStrong organisational skills to coordinate all Learning and Development activitiesStrong written and analytical skills including development of training programs and producing a range of reportsAwareness of and understanding of the National Standards for Disability Services, and industry requirementsKnowledge and experience of Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training programsWhat Do We Offer?
