You will play a key role in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of our commercial sales.You enjoy converting data into actionable insights to support effective decision-making by key business stakeholders. What sets you apart is your ability to see the trends behind the numbers, produce insights, identify business opportunities, and add value through your analysis and influence.How you will contributeExecute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisionsEnsure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policiesHelp the Commercial Finance Manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisionsSupport sales forecasts and annual plan submissionsContribute to a high-performing Finance team; you will also invest in your personal development and the development of your Finance peersWhat you will bringExcellent business acumen and influencing skillsStrong stakeholder management skills and high change agilityFinancial acumen and commercial understandingAccomplished in the identification of insights and opportunities for business performance improvementProfessionally qualified, CPA, CIMA or CA preferredA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuringBUSINESS ACUMEN and a basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market. Relevant experience in a regional (or sizeable local) businessLEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team.
