Commercial Procurement Contract Team Leader Location: Perth Office - CBD, WA, AU27 Nov 2024Join us in a permanent pivotal leadership role as our Commercial Procurement Contract Team Leader where you'll drive procurement excellence and foster a collaborative, transparent environment.
You'll lead a team of skilled Category and Sourcing Specialists, ensuring their success in delivering key procurement outcomes.
Shape commercial strategies that align with organisational goals while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Your Role in Action
Lead a high-performing procurement team to deliver business programs and objectives aligned with customer needs and strategy.
Provide expert advice, clear direction, and technical guidance to ensure team success.
Drive consistency in category and sourcing processes, utilising systems, tools, and templates effectively.
Develop and mentor team members, fostering growth, performance, and continuous improvement.
Promote innovation and a culture of excellence in procurement practices.
Organize resources strategically to achieve key outcomes and deliverables.
Ensure thorough documentation supports category strategies and sourcing events.
