With plans to deliver 23,500 jobs, the project is the largest and fastest growing employment area in Sydney's North West.This industry leading business environment provides superior telecommunications and infrastructure provisions, high quality landscaping, a range of retail and recreational amenities and integrated green technology.This Business Park master plan has five different land use zones, permitting a wide range of employment uses. Zones include business park, commercial office, large format retail, general industrial, light industrial and medium density residential. The master plan accommodates such business uses as office, warehousing, retail, hotels, clubs, childcare, hospitals, educational uses, showrooms, manufacturing, restaurants, recreational, entertainment venues, trade centre, medical centres and more.The OpportunityThe Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the management, establishment, and execution of all Civil Infrastructure and Services co-ordination to support the development of industrial, retail, commercial and mixed-use projects. Not only will this role be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion, but they will also play a vital role in representing the company and building and developing relationships with clients and approval authorities.Key Responsibilities include:Contribute/undertake feasibility studies, risk identification and assessment and evaluation of alternatives.Manage planning, design, stakeholder, engineering and legal issues;Be conversant with local planning approval processes, development controls, Road and Stormwater engineering standards, Services design and delivery, Subdivision and Land Titling.Prepare and lodge Development Applications and engage in meetings and correspondence thereafter to support the application;Manage the delivery of infrastructure construction projects within time, cost and quality parameters, including tendering, selection, appointment, management and reporting in line with the program and development consent.Understand and manage an integrated construction program which includes the masterplan, infrastructure delivery and co-ordination with the broader public realm of the Estate.This opportunity represents the chance to join a business in a senior key role, contributing to a strategy which is to develop a leading property and asset portfolio, retaining market leading, A-Grade industrial, commercial and retail assets.About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have:Design or Civil Engineering Project Management experience in industrial, retail, residential or commercial sectors;Demonstrated effective relationship skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders;Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Environmental Engineering or construction management;Project management qualifications (desirable).In return, you will be rewarded with a supportive and engaging work environment with a focus on your development in the engineering and property sector.About the CompanyWe offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
