Due to business expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and talented professional to join us as our Communications Specialist.
You will focus on communications in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region.
This role will form part of the Workplace team and will be pivotal in delivering efficient services and optimising internal communications for our client's offices in ANZ.
You will be based in a premium state-of-the-art office in Sydney CBD.
Snapshot of the roles: Develop and implement internal communications strategiesManage stakeholder relationships and provide high-level customer serviceCreate communication plans for projects and office initiativesCoordinate employee communications, including newsletters and surveysMaintain intranet sites and manage information across various platformsSupport workplace programs and administrative processesOversee mailroom operations and campus tower toursManage signage and printing needs across the offices in Australia and New ZealandRequirements: Tertiary education in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field5+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE), facility management, workplace services, or similar will be highly desirableExcellent interpersonal, influencing, strategic planning, and communication skillsSound technology proficiency, ideally in Google Suite, Slack, Quip, and presentation software with demonstrated ability in creating professional slide decksCreative storytelling abilities in verbal, written, and visual formatsKnowledge of corporate culture building and employee engagementAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling and meeting competing deadlinesAbility to attend the office 5 days a week in Sydney CBDWhat you can expect from us: Great employee discounts off fitness & other renowned brandsActive Social ClubWell-being programPaid time off for volunteer workCareer Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firmPremium officesAs an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, celebrate it, and proactively support the needs that difference brings.
