Learn more about NNSWLHD here.About the role Northern NSW Local Health District has an exciting career opportunity for a Community Health Nursing Unit Manager - Brighter Beginnings.
This role is responsible for the professional and operational management of nursing/midwifery staff (and other relevant staff under their delegation) and coordinating the provision of care in the community setting.
Specifically, the role manages a broad range of services, including but not limited to diabetes, generalist community nursing, child and family health nursing, chronic disease management and Hospital in the Home (HITH) services.
