Agile Project Manager

My client of large financial services organization is looking for an Agile Project Manager to join the team.
This role will plan and manage end-to-end large sized projects, with a high level of risk and significant business criticality.
The role will ensure delivery results contribute to positive business value and meet agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives utilizing multiple delivery approaches including Agile.
What you will do: The Senior Agile Project Manager will be involved in several different delivery outcomes across the portfolio, supporting junior PMs and delivery teams to deliver successful outcomes.
You will be responsible for the Digital value stream, focused on leading delivery of the next phase of digital capabilities.
Day to Day: Supply of project resources, including Business Analysts and Consultants, Project Coordinators, and Change Managers (see individual practices)Resource managementSelection and evaluationResource capacity planning and pipeline managementOptimization of resources including allocation and sharing of resources across projects and shifting of resources to respond to needs if requiredMatrix line management, including performance evaluation and managementInduction / OnboardingMentoring / Coaching and supportCapability development and career developmentPartnerships with external suppliersCustomer partnership - interface with business, program, and project sponsorsPortfolio reporting - providing Value Stream progress, performance, and health reportingDevelopment, standardization, and improvement of standard project management methodology, process, and toolsWhat you will bring to the role: 6+ years' experience in end-to-end management of large complex programmes (business and IT) within Financial Services, preferably digital banking experienceProven change delivery in Agile methodologies and agile operating models preferableBudget Management experience of > 5 MillionAgile certification, e.g., SAFe (desirable)Experience delivering change through various 3rd party vendors #J-18808-Ljbffr
