If you'repassionate about marketing, have a creative mindset, and thrive in a dynamic environment, wewant to hear from youKey Duties- Collaborate with business analysts,developers, and stakeholders to fully understand the requirements andspecifications of the software.- Ensure that all functional andnon-functional requirements are clear to create relevant test cases.-Create test plans that outline thescope, approach, resources, and schedule of testing activities.- Design detailed test cases, testscripts, and scenarios based on requirements to verify the functionality,usability, and performance of the software.- Identify test data required for theexecution of test cases.-Execute manual or automated testcases to verify the software's functionality and behavior.- Perform different types of testingincluding:Functional Testing: Verify that theapplication functions according to the requirements.Regression Testing: Ensure that newchanges don't negatively affect existing functionalities.Performance Testing: Evaluate thesystem's speed, scalability, and reliability under load.Usability Testing: Assess theapplication from the end-user perspective to ensure it is easy to use.Security Testing: Identify potentialvulnerabilities and ensure the software is secure against threats.-Detect software bugs,inconsistencies, or deviations from the expected behavior during testexecution.- Log detailed defect reports thatinclude the steps to reproduce the issue, severity, and potential impact.- Work closely with developers totroubleshoot issues and provide enough information for them to reproduce andfix the bugs.- Develop and maintain automated testscripts to reduce the time and effort required for repetitive testing tasks- Use tools like Selenium, JUnit, orTestNG for automating functional and regression tests where applicable.- Ensure that automated tests areintegrated into continuous integration pipelines to provide immediate feedbackafter code changes.- After bugs are fixed, performregression testing to ensure that the fixes didn't introduce new issues- Continuously update test cases toreflect changes in the software.- Ensure that the test environmentmirrors the production environment closely for accurate testing results.-Maintain thorough documentation oftest plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results.- Document test results and preparecomprehensive test reports that describe the test execution progress, defectstatus, and overall software quality.- Provide feedback and suggestions forimproving the testing process or product quality.-Work closely with developers,business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure thattesting aligns with the product goals.- Participate in Agile ceremonies suchas sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews to provide input ontesting progress and issues.-Assist the end-users or businessteam in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing test cases andensuring the software meets the business requirements.- Address feedback from UAT and ensurethat all critical business scenarios are tested and verified.- Keep up-to-date with new testingtools, techniques, and methodologies to improve testing efficiency andeffectiveness.- Suggest improvements in the testingprocess or automation to enhance software quality.- Learn new technologies and stayupdated with industry trends to contribute effectively to evolving testingpractices.- Identify potential risks related tothe software and prioritize testing efforts to focus on areas that present thehighest risk to the business.Communicate potential risks andimpacts to stakeholders and ensure they are factored into the developmentprocess.How to Apply:If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply by submittingyour resume and cover letter to Email address or bring your documents to the interview.About Us:AVTR is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.
