Supervising, teaching, and mentoring apprentices Lead employees, allocate duties, provide direction on work, ensure the quality of works, monitor performance, plan and set out tasks and meet work deadlines Solar System Maintenance Repairing and Trouble Shooting Site inspections Testing and Quality Assurance Providing Quality Customer Service Installation of Commercial and Residential Solar Switchboard Upgrades Servicing and Upgrading Current Systems What We're After - Current Licenced Electrician
- Driver's License
- Proven experience in General Electrical Work
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Reliability and a Good Work Ethic
- Strong Customer Service
- Working at Heights is Advantageous
- Strong leadership skills
- CEC Accreditation
