Your Role As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee clinical and care services, collaborating with the Residential Manager and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and facilitate the delivery of person-centered services at the site. Working with the Residential Manager and Allied Health practitioners, you will ensure all services are delivered in a manner that maintains residents' quality of life and respects their individual rights.

Key Responsibilities Comprehensive clinical assessment and review of residents' care needsProvide leadership and promote a collaborative approach to clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of person-centered careActively support and work cohesively with the clinical care teamSupport the Residential Manager in identifying training needs and performance management of clinical and care staffFacilitate and coordinate the admission process for new residentsReview residents' assessments prior to requests for AN-ACC re-classificationsCompletion of Mandatory Quality Indicator DataAnalysis of monthly clinical KPI dataReview and investigation of clinical incidentsSupport staff to encourage the enablement of transition care clients ensuring the best outcomes for the clientsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Key Requirements AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)Experience in relevant field, preference will be given to candidates with leadership experienceComprehensive knowledge of evidence-based clinical and care practicesDemonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement, accreditation requirements, AN-ACC funding requirements, and documentationExperience with clinical problem solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused careSatisfactorily pass all relevant Key Personnel checks including Bankruptcy and Police Clearance.Why Join Us Attractive rate of pay depending on experience plus 11.5% superSupportive and welcoming organization with tremendous growth opportunities5 weeks annual leaveAccess to salary sacrifice options up to $18,550 per annumHealth insurance discount with Medibank or HBFNon-profit, values-driven Western Australian aged care providerAccess to Juniperks-an online platform for retail discounts, employee perks and wellness initiativesFree on-site parkingHow To Apply Don't miss this opportunity to join a supportive team in a rewarding role Apply online today with your current CV.
