The Opportunity We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Automotive Sales Consultant (Outbound) to join our nationally based team.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and display your Automotive knowledge and expertise.
If you have a passion for cars, a knack for sales, and enjoy working with customers, this position is the perfect fit for you.
Key Accountabilities: Conduct outbound sales calls and achieve daily sales targetsManage your customer account portfolioHandle customer orders accurately, process transactions, and manage special orders to ensure timely delivery.Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive repeat business.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Experience & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including handling high call volumes and occasional stressful situations.Automotive parts experience preferred but not requiredPinnacle experience preferred but not required.Benefits Base salary with attractive commission and performance-based bonuses.Ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement within a growing company.A supportive, team-oriented environment that values integrity, collaboration, and innovation.Flexible work options, including remote work possibilities (if applicable).Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health and wellness support.Employee discounts on automotive parts and accessories.We champion our Team, because it's our people that set us apart and drive our business' success.
