The Role: We are seeking experienced Casual Security Team Members who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference.
This position is to commence ASAP and is based at Westfield Plenty Valley. You will be responsible for providing security service at Westfield Plenty Valley, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors.
Services include but are not limited to: building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, managing emergency situations, and demonstrating proactive security awareness.
Role Requirements: To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:
Current NSW/VIC/SA/WA/ACT/QLD Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable Apply First Aid Certificate Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control The ability to complete reports using various platforms Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate High-level problem-solving skills Ability to respond to emergency situations Valid work rights in Australia Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours Availability across 7 days/nights What we offer you: Reward and recognition incentives Ongoing training and development A safe and supportive working environment Career development A family-oriented culture Free uniform If you're a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing excellent service and would like to be part of a key onsite team, we'd love to hear from you, click 'Apply'.
