An opportunity exists for a full-time Warehouse Pick and Packer at our foodservice branch located in Mackay.
About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be required to accurately pick and pack goods, ensuring the loading of trucks is correct and on time.
This is a physical position with some heavy lifting.
Training on in-house systems will be provided.
Duties: Pick and assemble goods accuratelyAssist with loading of trucksAdhere to time constraints and maintain product integrityVarious roles available, which may require the ability to work in the freezer storage area, at -22 °C temperaturesMonday to Friday position, with flexibility as overtime may be requiredSkills and Experience: Forklift licence (advantageous)Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is requiredGood written and verbal communication skillsPrevious warehouse experience and delivery experience is desirable but not essentialIf you are seeking to develop a career in warehousing and distribution, please apply with your confidential resume.
