Your days will be busy, and there will always be plenty of work to keep you on your toes.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:Coordination of sales campaigns from list to settlementPrepare marketing timelines and book media elementsManage price guide changes for live listingsBook photo, copywriting, and floor planner appointmentsPreparation of proposalsSet up new listings, order contracts, oversee file complianceProcessing exchanges and issuing letters to all partiesData entry and database managementAd hoc business projects to support the management teamThe right candidate will have:6 months real estate experienceA sound understanding of the sales processThe ability to follow processes and work as a teamSharp attention to detail and a love for a to-do listA current certificate of registrationExperience using REX desirableFull Australian work rightsTo confidentially submit your CV, please click 'Apply' or call to discuss the opportunity with Lilli Mitchell at Recruit & Consult.
