Established in 1985, Central Earthmoving is a dynamic earthmoving and civil contractor, delivering civil construction, mining services, and land care projects throughout regional WA.
We deliver quality performance with a focus on value, reliability, flexibility and care and attention to our clients' requirements.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Civil Supervisor, with Main Roads WA experience who has worked extensively with naturally occurring materials in remote areas.
Your professional day to day coordination of field teams, sub-contractors and all client and site requirements will showcase your leadership qualities, high-level interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully with all stakeholders on a major project.
You will be fully supported by an experienced leadership and field team who share your commitment to foster a culture of safety and professionalism.
This role is DIDO from Perth.
Essential CriteriaMinimum five years' civil operations and road construction experience including reading plans, overseeing surveys, managing risk, variations and site HSEQRemote Main Roads WA experience (essential)Demonstrated efficient management of resourcesAdherence to and accountability for complianceBe able to work autonomously as part of the teamDemonstrate and drive HSEQ initiatives, policies and proceduresProficient use of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to nurture effective client relationshipsSolid verbal & written communicationMust be able to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical including DASCurrent Driver's LicenceNational Police ClearanceFull Australian working rightsThose with Certificate IV Training & Assessing will be highly regarded
