Originating in Byron Bay in 2017, the brand has quickly become a beachside favourite and expanded to Noosa, Burleigh Heads, and Newcastle, with each location having its own distinctive decor, exclusive dishes, and brand personality reflective of its surroundings.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Floor Attendants to join our talented team.
POSITION SUMMARYThe Floor attendant is responsible for all elements of Front of house service.
The Floor attendant is in charge of Customer service & sections, following light years sequence of service, food & beverage quality control and teamwork.

Ensure updated checklists are displayed in designated areas at all times.Customer Complaints – Handle all customer complaints when working on shift and improve customer experience in store.
Always communicate with your manager about a customer complaint and take guidance on how to deal with the situation.
All customer complaints must be communicated with the manager on shift.Wine service – Learning wine service and basic wine knowledge.Opening & Closing the Venue – Present Venue in accordance to VM, correct lighting, music control, cleanliness, uniforms and all table presentation.Deep Clean – Fortnightly deep clean of FOH & BOH to be run by Restaurant Managers.Food & Beverage knowledge – must attend all training or group training to ensure knowledge of the menu is developed to full ability.Teamwork – Working with your team to create a fun and happy environment in-house & with all staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
