What You'll Be Doing Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio, including mum & dad businesses, SMEs, and international clients, providing strategic advice and answering queries.Review Work: Focus on review-level tasks and ensuring high-quality deliverables across business services compliance and assisting with ad hoc advisory and client queries.Team Leadership: Delegate and review the work of the offshore team, maintaining efficiency and high standards.Direct Collaboration: Work closely with and report directly to the Partner and other divisions, benefiting from mentorship and insight.What You'll Need 5+ years of experience in public practice accounting, with relevant qualifications (CA / CPA).Strong knowledge of business services compliance and advisory.Proven experience liaising with clients and delivering exceptional service.Leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.Familiarity with Xero Practice Manager software is a bonus.Why Join?
