As part of the Reece group, Metalflex provides systems that keep our homes and offices comfortable, thanks to reliable ventilation, heating and cooling solutions that work together.
About the role As part of the Trade Counter team, you'll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
Your day-to-day A typical day will involve: Providing customer service and information about productsProviding quotes both in person and over the phoneUndertaking pick packing and stock control activitiesHelping keep the branch tidy and safeMaking occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicleWe'd love to hear from you if you're someone who: Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phoneCan pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurateCan use a computer and is happy to learn new systemsHas a clean valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekendsWants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head officeOur perks and benefits: Performance based bonusesPaid annual leaveContinuous learning and development programs to support your career goalsGenerous discounts for those looking to renovate their bathroom or kitchenReece Boost - offering cashback and discounts on groceries, fuel, insurance, travel and morePaid parental leaveWhat happens next After submitting your application, you'll be invited to participate in a brief chat interview.
