This role could be in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth or Hobart.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions to enhance business processes Develop functional specifications and detailed use cases for IT solutions Conduct gap analysis to identify existing system shortcomings and recommend solutions Establish and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines Support project managers in planning and executing projects by providing input Work closely with developers to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible Manage change requests and facilitate user acceptance testing Create end-user training and support documentation Recommend enhancements to improve IT solutions' effectiveness Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and their potential application to the business Let's talk about your capability and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field in Financial Services.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles Strong documentation skills with experience creating technical specifications, use cases, and process maps Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
