Engage with key business stakeholders, using curiosity and listening to understand their objectives and challenges, and create people-focused strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
Influence leaders to make strategic decisions by gathering and analyzing organizational and industry data, contributing to the design, implementation, and embedding of change initiatives.
Lead or contribute to organizational design projects, from simple to complex cross-functional work, ensuring a focus on employee experience.
Partner with leaders to build and implement a shared vision for change, using change management principles to ensure successful and sustainable transformation.
Collaborate within cross-functional agile teams to address HR-related disciplines, leveraging expertise in employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and remuneration.
Use data and industry trends to diagnose issues and design innovative solutions, balancing risks and benefits.
Build strong relationships within the chapter to support continuous improvement and partner with HR Centres of Excellence for effective delivery.
What You'll Bring
Change Management: Proficient in developing and implementing change management strategies, processes, and tools to lead successful transformations.
Agile Methodology: Skilled in applying agile practices to drive continuous improvement and accelerate change.
Business Acumen & Partnering: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders to align people strategies with business goals.
Coaching & Leadership: Experienced in coaching leaders and teams through organizational change.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze organizational data to uncover insights, diagnose issues, and shape informed decisions.
