We empower our people to grow by providing opportunities and challenges in a supportive environment.We operate in partnership with our clients, providing customised and practical solutions across a range of services from water management, civil design and geotechnical design to environmental management and approvals.About the RoleUndertaking and reviewing technical works for water, civil and transport infrastructure projects across multiple sectors (private, resource industries and government).Project management, delivery and coordination of projects and proposals.Participate in client management and business development.Developing and reviewing geotechnical investigation documentation including investigation briefs, factual and interpretive geotechnical reports. Ideally experience leading and executing geotechnical field programs, including engineers and drilling contractors.Developing and reviewing design documentation including design reports, technical specifications, drawings, BOQ's and cost estimates.Opportunities for site travel and exposure to private sector, resource industries and government stakeholders.Support the well-being, development, and resourcing of team members.Support and approve associated technical work directly related to the discipline and in project management capacities.Play an active role in the business groups through regular meetings, workshops, training and business planning.About YouA tertiary degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) with 10+ years' experience or more.Registered Professional Engineer (or working toward obtaining this qualification).Project experience relating to geotechnical design of civil, water management and transport infrastructure including dams, flood levees, drainage, roads, waterways and general civil works.Experience with project and design management, including supervision of civil design outputs and deliverables.Ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects and teams.High level of technical skills and experience in report writing, technical review, project management, and the management of junior engineers and civil designers.Experience with scoping, supervising and interpreting geotechnical investigations.Experience and familiarity with GeoStudio modelling software and/or stability and deformation modelling packages.Experience developing design documentation including design reports, technical specifications, drawings and BOQ's.Motivated and able to work independently, with support from senior staff and colleagues.Client focused and able to effectively identify the client's requirements and provide tailor made deliverables.You're looking for a challenge and personal growth.You want an opportunity to lead – yourself, projects, others.You enjoy delivering practical solutions and not just reports.You enjoy flexibility, accountability and professionalism.The BenefitsFlexible location: Brisbane CBD, Gold Coast, Toowoomba or Townsville.Flexible working hours with the opportunity to work in a full time or part time capacity.An organisation that embraces remote working.Generous learning and development framework with structured career development.Excellent remuneration, benefits and potential shareholding opportunities and bonuses.A professional senior mentor for all interested staff, onboarding buddy program and access to an Employee Assistance Program.Opportunities to work on special interest projects.Opportunities to work across government, private and resource sectors.Great cultural environment where teamwork and camaraderie are promoted and valued.Join a growing successful business with a respected name in the industry.Paid primary carer leave.Supportive leadership based on openness.Work in an environment where you are supported and encouraged to be your best and work to your strengths amongst a dynamic team.If you are looking for a new challenge, want to participate in the ownership and growth of a successful business and join a passionate and entrepreneurial team, then don't wait, apply today
